I am wondering which Fuji model will be better XT3, XT2 or XT4. I am very fascinated by the quality of the JPEG pictures from Fuji. I only want replies from Fuji owners only.

Thank you

I don't know but don't you think the people at Fuji are the Fuji experts? If so you can ask them and I am pretty sure they will say the XT-4.

I have the XT-2 and XT-4. Both great cameras. From my perspective there's not a lot of difference. The XT-4 supposedly has improved AF but I don't go chasing after birds or sports action so it doesn't matter to me. The extended battery in the XT-4 is nice -- the XT-2 is pretty thin on battery power -- always carry a spare.

The back screen difference concerns lots of people. The XT-2 has a classic two-way flip screen while the XT-4 has a fully articulated screen. I like the XT-4 LCD but I know a lot of folks hate it.

The XT-4 has the latest camera image processor with quite a few added features over the XT-2. As a result there's a lot more you can do modifying the camera processed image in the XT-4.

Both are fitted with Fuji's X-Trans sensor -- 24 megapixels in the XT-2 and 26 megapixels in the XT-4. The X-Trans sensor uses a different CFA pattern than the classic Bayer array which can be an issue if you do your own raw file processing. Otherwise the sensors are Sony dual gain sensors -- very nice.

The XT-4 has an in-body image stabilization (IBIS) system, so if you’re working with lenses that aren’t stabilized (Fuji has quite a few of those plus any adapted lenses) , the body has you covered.

I rather get the feedback from people that used this camera. What do you think Fuji is going to tell me?.

I read the review for the XT3 regarding the ISO pictures at different settings. I was very impressed with the original results out of the camera. I will not use the camera for wildlife instead it will be for everything else it can handle. I really like the JPEG pictures out of the camera with out editing 😍 Do you happen to have any pictures of both cameras?. Thank you very much for your tips.

Do you mean pictures of the cameras or from the cameras?

They would tell you the X-T4 is best.

I recently purchased a used X-T2, and have been renting the X-T4 until I can get my copy in. I personally prefer the look of photos in the X-T2 and the Video in the X-T4. But both seem to be great cameras! The IBIS is nice to have in the X-T4.

From the cameras.

A lot of the photos I post here are from the XT-2 and some from the XT-4.

I have five cameras and my Canon G7 is my most used camera -- compact and goes wherever I go.

My second most used camera is the XT-2 followed by the XT-4. The two FF cameras get the least use.

What I can't help you with is JPEGs SOOC. I'm strictly a RAW shooter and I expose for the sensor in the camera and not the JPEG so my camera JPEGs are wastebasket fodder out the gate.

The pictures from your cameras looked great. I noticed you used Nikon lenses too which adapter do you use?. Thank you for taking the time to teach me the difference between these 2 cameras.

I believe that a used XT-3 is a great value. I paid $800 for mine, plus $300 for a used 18-55 lens, I am very pleased with this combo.

I use Fuji, Zeiss, Nikon, Leica, Rodenstock, Voigtlander lenses on my Fuji cameras. I just use simple K&F Concept dumb adapters -- work great.
