Since the p******c began Florida’s per capital rate of infection is the 11th highest in the nation-nothing to be proud of. P******c infection rates in the states wax and wane for reasons not fully understood; bragging about a state’s good infection rate at a single moment in time is meaningless when discussing p******c policy effectiveness.
