That would be a mountain to high for an Honest person to climb. Pelosi and Schiff are in it for themselves, not their constituents.

Call me cynical but I think they're all in it for personal enrichment. For as hard as Pelosi is, McCarthy is weak. He's pandering to Trump and his supporters in Congress to get elected Speaker. His leadership of the past year has been getting weaker and weaker. Even Marjorie Talor Greene has criticized him. If he gets to be Speaker, he'll be all about revenge and doing Trump's bidding.
