Morning all from a partially sunny Norfolk but only 6C at the moment. I might have to stir myself this morning and get some washing done but apart from that nothing planned. Have a good safe day. xx

Good morning from sunny Surrey. Had a lovely afternoon patchworking with my friends.

This morning I'm meeting up with my other craft group. We've not met since the first lockdown so we'll have plenty to talk about.

Happy Wednesday everyone and stay safe xxx

So glad to be on tonight. It’s way late but I’m so overtired I’m awake. I didn’t eat enough with the pill that says with a meal so I started to feel odd. Son delayed taking out the garbage to the road so had the dog late and fed cat late.
I finished the most dorkiest hat. I just wanted it done. So made a k1p1 edge and now it’s too long on my forehead. Might shrink when I wash it. Son wants me to knit a baby hat like Yoda. Had to look it up. I think I bought the right green today. Might make a baby sack like yoda’s coat. Don’t know why anyone would compare their beautiful baby boy to yoda.

I know how you feel. Most weeks it is small problems one after another that when added together makes a body weary. I work very hard to forget the problems and concentrate on the good things. Very hard to do and I am lucky I have greatgrands to lighten my load. Just a picture of them lifts my spirits.

Children can lift my mood but since I’m not teaching I don’t have that reprieve. They were 7or 8 years old and holiday times were the best. If it weren’t for Covid I’d volunteer.

I'm sorry that you had to deal with all that. My DD's handle on her door is always falling off. I don't know why that door is special. It's been replaced once already.
We had a coffee table with chewed leg long after the dog was no longer with us. The dog had chewed on it while teething. I don't know why we never replaced the coffee table. We finally have a new one now.

This one is shaped like a question mark with a thumb press. Fixed by pro twice. Not good repair. Son did it this time. Seems secure but I keep thinking I’ll be locked out one day.

Morning. How nice that you are finally able to meet up with that group. It certainly seems like a long time since we have been able to meet with our friends and neighbors in person.

I used to function at work with 4 hours sleep. I'm not sure I can do it now.

When I was very young I went to work with little sleep and when kids went home for hours lunch I pushed desks together and thought I’d just rest my head. Good thing my coworker friend saw I’d fallen asleep and woke me before the kids came back. She thought it was funny. I was embarrassed.

It might turn out to be your favorite hat. Having your forehead covered is a real plus in our cold winters. The kids have been requesting a slouchy type hat. Where the extra length is pulled to the topback of the hat.

I have Caron cakes and they are useless for anything with stripes. I've cut pieces out of that yarn for multiple projects to get the striping to look right.
Caron now has the O'go yarn. It is still striped but only has the colours repeat once.

Nice colors tho.

Got some ironing done and first load of washing in. Wings sound better than fish, his suggestion. xx

Must be hard for him to chose from all the delicious meals you make.
Wow, you are way ahead of me this a.m. I have eaten breakfast, did a jigsaw, drank 2 cups of coffee, went to the bathroom twice. Hm, I better get my chores done. What do you think?
