Deleting Email in Spectrum

That's great if you have only 1 computer for email, but not so great if you want to check your email on different computers/phones.

I use my cell phone when I want to clean up my email. I have my Spectrum cell phone email account set to also delete from the server when I delete from my cell phone. It's very fast - it will do 700 at a time in mere seconds. If you are sending deleted email from your inbox to your trash folder, good luck, you'll have to delete it again. You can always change settings to not use the trash folder.
I was going to suggest dropping your email folder size to almost zero but I see Spectrum allocates 5GB to everyone and I don't see a way to change it. With Road Runner you could set it to a low value.
