Neat looking. The only thing I don't like in the first image is the white sky. Perhaps a light blue would work better.
Beautiful composition. I especially like the softness of the grasses and the evergreens.
I kinda like it! Oh wait, not so much. Well...it is pretty cool but I can see that it could easily be over done. Can you choose degrees of "painter like"?
I like the photos, but I am not a fan of this application--just my personal preference.
That is waaaay cool!!!
I think I am inspired to try some of this. 👍
It is a beautiful effect and indeed you have selected the right subjects. This filter works very nicely with fall foliage and since the effect can be varied it is possible to edit an image to taste.
These are wonderful......yes you are the painter now.

You found some great images for this filter and I find myself being inspired to do the same to some of my older(not so sharp) landscape shots. Maybe they'll be of use after all!
Thank you for showcasing this technique! For what its worth I really like the first and last the best!

I "discovered" Photoshop's Oil Painting filter, and have been putting it to use on some old photos. It doesn't work for every picture, but here are some for which it does, at least in my opinion.
These are all very attractive. I understand that not all subjects work well with this filter but you made good choices and these are well done. Cool post, thank you!
Speaking more as an artist than a photographer, to me it looks more like worms than brush strokes.

Very different...if you like that sort of thing. I don't!
Me neither, played with a few but this particular style is not my liking.
If you begin experimenting with painterly techniques, you can help expand your artistic 'vision'. Painters work with many different brushes, textures, styles and techniques during their lifetimes. Some can become enduring and some are more of a growth experiment in transit to a different fork in the road. And, your photographic artwork as well as this are stepping stones of exploration.
Suggest you do more, try more tools and keep working at refining your photography.

Nothing short of stupendous

Very nice, I like them all. Any chance we could see the originals?
