Maybe I should have been a painter

I "discovered" Photoshop's Oil Painting filter, and have been putting it to use on some old photos. It doesn't work for every picture, but here are some for which it does, at least in my opinion.

The paint filter is my very favorite in PS. Good use of the filter. I really like the fisherman.

Click on Filters, then Style. It is in the middle of the list that pops up.

If your system doesn't have the right GPU card, then you will not be able to access the oil painting filter. My system doesn't have the right card and I'm not smart enough to figure out why, so I don't get it.

Its my life's biggest disappointment. LOL
