I asked a week ago about how many of you have twin (or close to it) DSLRs. New question. How many of you get by just fine with one DSLR?

I get by just great with one DSLR plus four different lenses but I also occasionally use a bridge camera, and a P&S but I am amazed at how often I take shots with my iPhone 4 camera just because it's convenient and readily available and ninety percent of the time I am very pleased by the results with it! ;) ;)

When I got the D7000, I decided to keep the D90 as a back up. Since then all the D90 has done is sit on the shelf and I only use the D7000.
He was a very funny guy with a very funny show.

I have two but I could get along with just one...did for years.

This is exactly what I did. Twice.
Upgraded from D40 to D90. Kept D40 as backup. Never used it.
Upgraded to 5D2 from D90. Kept D90 as backup. Used once in 18 months when I forgot to charge batteries.
Anyone want to buy a D40 and D90?

I keep a tele on one and a W/A on the other, so I can just pick one up and take a shot. When I go out shooting, I'll carry both of them with an OP/Tech double sling.
If you don't want the cameras, you can make someone happy and get some money by putting them on ebay. This time next week, you'll be a few hundred dollars richer.

To be honest, I was sorta hoping one of the kids would take an interest and comandeer them.
I use two but as was said before one would be sufficient. Using two saves me time changing lenses.I carry a P&S in my pocket whenever I go out routinely . I use the DSLRs when going out specifically to do a shoot !

Upgraded from a Canon 350D to a 550D and gave the old one to my son-in-law. We are both happy!
