Thank you. Yeah, he looks a lot better than most of the coyotes I see. This was on base at Vandenburg Air Force Base. Lots of critters available to them and other than a couple Bobcats, not much competition.

Such a gorgeous animal, and you captured some great poses! I especially like the second one. He's glancing up like he's saying grace before his meal. :)

Thanks. There was a Red Shouldered Hawk on top of a post just outside of the frame. He was raising hell about something and they can make a LOT of noise when they are excited. Never did see what all the excitement was about.

You're right on both counts. :) Coyotes are beautiful wherever they're at. I've seen some scroungy looking ones but they usually keep up appearances pretty well.
