Good morning all from a cloudy and misty Norfolk, at least it is dry at the moment, it rained all day yesterday apart from when it was trying to sleet and snow, more of the same threatened for tomorrow. Finished the first section of my afghan apart from the edging, five more to go, it's going to be enormous. Am sitting here watching all the bobble hats walk by, our hedge is tall enough to make it look as though they are out on their own. Well we find our amusement where we can these days. Have a good, safe day. xx

Nothing wrong with finding your amusement in unusual places, as long as you enjoy what you see! xoxoxo

Or perhaps one of your taller cyber sisters! I made a blanket for my father, and he got to use it for a few days, before he died; but it was perfect for him, but far too small for me! xoxoxo

I have to keep tabs on one of my DD's, the one who we nearly lost when she had a huge abscess, in each lobe of her lungs, with one abscess already eating away the lower left lobe; as she told me that she wouldn't have the vaccine! So I explained to her why she, and her girls, should have the vaccine; including her medical history, from when she was a baby; also because her girls also need the vaccine, due to their short medical histories! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ˜ฎ The daughter of a Nurse, and she still does not understand why Vaccines are so important! xoxoxo

The daughter that texted is my science PhD nerd who researched DNA, t-cells, etc. I do what she says. The other two are 100% on board.

Good morning all from a grey and gloomy London but at least it's not raining! Like Jacky, it rained here all day yesterday, it was really miserable!

Sadly, no cooker for me today, they haven't a qualified gas fitter/driver available due to staff sickness and have re-booked me for next Friday! Hey ho, we won't starve!!!

My cousin posted this on Facebook, I thought it was hilarious - but probably only if you know how to play chess!!!
Have a good one, whatever you are doing and thank you all for being there for me to chat to, keeps me sane-ish!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My DD is against having the vaccine and I really don't understand why except that she won't have 'chemicals' put into her body. I don't know how she feels about the kids eventually getting them, dgs will do whatever she says but I think she'll have her work cut out with dgd!!! xxxx

A lot of my clothes are 20 years old or more, I don't like clothes shopping. xx

I don't like it either, it seems that most of the clothes are made for Average height, and weight women; so even if I did like clothes shopping, there is rarely anything that is long enough for me! xoxoxo
