What a diverse group of wonderful images from different parts of this world!
I usually try to find one image to comment about specifically but I really enjoyed them all!
Of course Mt. Rainier is always going to be a frontrunner, for me. This image is as good as any I've seen of this Washington gem!

That is one of the things about my calendars, they don't have a consistent theme, or the theme is that I portray with one or several images the places we visited in that year, so the calendar can become sort of disjunct - and that can be a negative, or a positive. A couple of times, I actually created a second calendar for the year, and then I was concentrating on one kind of an effect, like water reflections, or a specific area in China, etc - these will come up over the next days and weeks. Glad you liked my Mount Rainier shot, I was very lucky to have the right light and wind conditions to have a calm water surface.

I too am a fan of Chihuly’s glass. There is a Chihuly museum in St. Petersburg FL we have visited several times. One of the pieces there, a boat, is similar to one in your photo. I’m glad Reuss posted a pic of the man himself.
Beyond those, I like the old, old aqueducts and am also amazed at their longevity. The Mt. Rainier pic is exceptional. Love reflection shots!

Thanks Ellen, looks like I hit the jackpot here with your appreciation of this variety of subjects - and I am with you, you named all my favorites, but then with only being able to display a bit more than a dozen pictures in a calendar, you pretty much have to concentrate on the favorites. Thanks very much again for keeping up with this series - have a great evening - Joe
