As many of my UHH friends know, I LOVE to photograph surfers and also the lifestyle that surrounds the beach and the surfers. I've been looking through thousands of my archive photos and have chosen some hand picked ones that I believe you will enjoy. Since I have so many and the UHH admin has a limit of 10 photos per submission I will submit several "chapters" of these photos. These are all from my "Huntington Beach, CA" archives. If you like these, keep coming back and there will be more to check out in the future. I hope you enjoy them!
Of course, all the photos look best in download mode!
Here are the first two chapters:

Absolutely top-notch photography--AS USUAL!
Great action series, Brent.
Great set, Brent! Love those action shots!!!
What a great show, Brent! Thank you for sharing! I have been following your surfing sets for some time.
Number 3 here is fantastic for her lovely posture, beautiful long legs and the concentration in her face.
However, I was hoping to find in your two references again your best, quite an indelible image but did not see it there.
It must be in your much older presentations? That photograph was just incredible!
I remember, she was coming from the left upper corner of the frame diagonally down in a beautifully gracious body position.
Photography is a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone.
Happy, creative shooting, friend!
Really nice as usual, I like the silhouette

Great shots. What equipment do you use? What are the secrets to great surf photography?
Thanks! I normally shoot with my Canon 6D with a 100-400 mm lens. The basic settings are handheld at 1/1000, F4.5, ISO 200. A secret is to anticipate the movement of the surfer.
