Waste not, want not, I stopped to take the shot, not figuring that I'd get much, both light and distance as issues. About the time my feet hit the pavement, there was an Eagle storm, Eagles flying in every direction, 8? 9? More? I couldn't tell you, but pretty amazing. All but the one in the tree had been roosting on the ground, so they just appeared from nowhere. I had the old ED 600 5.6 on the D7200, so clumsy and manual focus as well. A few stayed long enough for some shots, nothing to boast about, just proof of the story. I will try that spot again!
