With all due respect the Boeing B52 was designed in 1948 and first flew in 1952. It was delivered to the military in 1955. Not a WW2 aircraft.
I completely agree with you about the cemetery. My wife and I visited that cemetery years ago. Seeing the graves of American men who died in battle was a heartbreaking sight. Every military cemetery I have ever visited has given me the combined feelings of extreme pride for America’s military along with the sadness that these men and women gave everything for us.

It looked like a B52 from what I have seen in the movies. Thank you for the correction.

You are very welcome. Remember too, I am not saying that it was not a B52 that flew over you. I am only pointing out that the B52 was not used in WW2. It may very well have been a B52 you saw.
Have a great day sir,

Richard,
One out of thirty and this is the one, I'd say "Frame it." That is an excellent photograph.
