All I KNOW is that there has been no evidence of fraud presented in the court cases that Trump has presented to the degree that courts have found cause to disturb the e******n results.
I SURMISE that if Trump or Rudy had any evidence that would show fraud, that evidence would have been presented by now, and the court cases would have found traction—which they did not.
I am POISED to accept the e******n results of November 3–that Biden will become #46, and that Trump is lying about the evidence.

Do I know if “no fraud” has taken place during this e******n? Of course not, that is a silly question that you should not have seriously asked.

I would ask where does the executive branch of a state get the authority to change a law, that is what I mean and where does it derive the authority to post a time limit to challenges to the constitutionality of its law making by fiat?
We seem to be talking about different actions. The bill (Act 77) was passed by the PA legislature in 2019 and signed into law by then-governor Wolf:

I really didn’t take the post seriously. Hence, my response about Trump’s future employment opportunities.
I think (hope) this has gone on too long, that the results are undeniable, and that Trump’s theatrics and shenanigans will continue to be dismissed.
Happy Thanksgiving.
I appreciate your optimism 🤗🤗

I am optimistic at this time. But I know that Trump has landed on his feet too many times when he was dishonest, manipulative, and clearly wrong.
So, while I am optimistic, but I won’t be comfortable until at least December 14th, when e*******l v**es are submitted.

You are right and I was wrong, I was mistaken about the issues being discussed.

Doesn't the e*******l college get first v**e...no concede needed. The College would have to tie v**e or have some abstentions resulting in neither getting to 270...then it goes to the House to decide.

Trump announced today that he is not giving up but if the College v**es against him Dec 14 he will leave the office.

I'm curious...did he man leave that day or leave after inauguration. Trump is vain enough I could see him taking his ball and going home...leaving Pence as POTUS for two months...

Unless something unforeseen changes things, the v**es submitted on December 14th should put this e******n to bed.
What Trump might do between now and Inauguration Day is concerning. He is a vindictive, petty man, who in his personal reality feels wronged, but also feels adored. To sooth his ego, he wants Biden to look bad, and perform worse.
Hopefully, he will gracefully submit—but everyone should be concerned. The man is not normal.

Blah, Blah, Blah, Russia! Russia! Russia!, Biden may end up in the White House, but it will not be over.

No matter what Biden says or does, the country will remain tragically divided.
That is not in dispute.

Investigations into the b****t counting process must go forward for people to have confidence in the process moving forward, I don't know how this day in age that there is not video surveillance of the process, and the observers must have the ability to see what is actually happening. In January we have an important e******n in GA and there can not be the same questions following that e******n that followed the p**********l e******n. Trump's attorneys claim that not only did he win but he won by a landslide. They don't have police powers in that they can not at this point review the evidence, that is why there is no evidence being shown in court. Where is the FBI and DOJ, how is it that they are not working to lay this question to rest?

Trump’s attorneys, like Trump, engage in hyperbole and lies, to disrupt what would normally be accepted as a f**r e******n. Trump all but said he would do this if he lost, and now we see it.
No one who understands Trump’s lifelong history of mendacity and deceit, his refusal to ever admit defeat, no matter what is factual; is surprised by Trump’s behavior and his resistance to being a “loser”.
Trump’s personality would not let him face reality without expressing “Rage”.
You believe in him, but he is a f**e; and most of the world has come to realize that.

Really, below is testimony coming out of the PA legislature hearing on the matter. I could say the same of you that you are saying of Trump's attorneys, you have no cause to make the claims you are making, they however are providing witnesses, which is more than I can say for you.

It is a done deal. Hillary will not go to jail, The e******n results won’t be overturned. Trump will move on to doing what he does best—be an insulting talk show host. That was his most successful gig.

Awh, are you a little grumpy this morning? Trump did a lot over the last 4 years, much of it directly benefitting working families, you can lie and you can try and hide the t***h, but he has been a good president.
