It is possible in the e******n- where the rules were changed (illegaly) at the last minute that Trump actually won. So when Biden is sworn in, as is likely. The wrong man will be president. So the question--What If?

If neither one concedes then Congress v**es on who becomes president, before anyone is sworn in.

It's not important that Don Babylon concedes ... no matter what Rudy tells you.

Trump doesn't have to concede for Biden to become president after the states certify the e******n and the e*****rs v**e. He can remain deluded for the rest of his life.

He might be right this is where this could all end up, in that case Trump wins from my understanding.

No he's not right. Trump and Rudy are finished. (especially Rudy, his optional self-degradation is breathtaking)

Citizen Don Babylon's new life will be one of receiving dire legal news hourly, on the golf course, for eternity.

If Trump wins, but Biden is sworn in and assumes the Presidency, then Trump draw could draw a massive radio talk show audience eager to talk to a sitting President. Trump could make lots of money, and pay off his debts, all the while talking about his Presidency, and degrading Biden.
It would be perfect for him.

Boberic, which rules are you referring to?

In the latest in PA, "Lawyers for the state and governor noted that Act 77 said all constitutional challenges were to be brought within 180 days of effective date, which “came and went without any facial challenge to the constitutionality of Act 77’s provisions.”

“At no time during the 180-day period, the run-up to the primary e******n, or the runup to the general e******n did Petitioners (or anyone else) claim in any proceeding that Act 77 was unconstitutional on its fact,” the state’s lawyers wrote, noting that Mr. Kelly and Mr. Parnell ran in the 2020 primary and general e******n, “presumably garnering v**es cast on the same mail-in b****ts that they now claim to be unconstitutional.”

Just because they said it does not make it so. Constitution by fiat, such a charming idea.

I'm not sure what you mean, but we can wait for the results of tomorrow's hearing for more clarification.

Let's not ignore the fact that Boberic's opening starts with a dangerous assumption that has yet to be proven in a court of law: "where the rules were changed (illegally) at the last minute... "

Prior to this month I thought that the USA's most daunting challenge was the terrible division between right and left. It has been horrifying to discover how many people base their beliefs on hysterical twitter and Facebook rants instead of engaging in any research of their own.

I really didn’t take the post seriously. Hence, my response about Trump’s future employment opportunities.
I think (hope) this has gone on too long, that the results are undeniable, and that Trump’s theatrics and shenanigans will continue to be dismissed.
Happy Thanksgiving.

I would ask where does the executive branch of a state get the authority to change a law, that is what I mean and where does it derive the authority to post a time limit to challenges to the constitutionality of its law making by fiat?

Are you suggesting that no fraud has taken place during this e******n?
