Having tried reeeeeally hard to see the second ring, DL and reading glasses in use, I now beg for any good clue or a photo edited with arrows to point it out. I’m one helluva detail inspector but I cannot find a second ring in any one of the four pix :-(

Your response is not even related to his question.

Kindly read the title of the thread... And considering your comment, you have zero room to criticize - at least mine was an analysis and had actual suggestions. My intent wasn’t to criticize, but rather to assist in getting the best print possible out of a lovely scene with a charming young lady, which I’m guessing is the ultimate goal, regardless of the reason for the artifact.

What second ring. Arrow points to a more or less straight line.

Follow the bottom edge of the "line" as it curves over the leaves to the right side. It is half a ring.

TriX - Leftj. I enjoyed both responses. Leftj was humorous and TriX just trying to help.

Just glad you stopped by for a peek.

It looks like a reflection from the edge of the round table.

You don't mention whether there was a lens hood on the camera. If it is a reflection of the sun on the lens, a hood might have helped prevent it.

Been watching since it inception...

This is not a halo per say, if you look at the light abnormally there is the appearance of a 'foot' or 'support'.

I used this as oportunity to show what you can pull out of your original.

Two rings can be seen clearly in shots 1, 3 and 4, but only 1 in shot 2. I have no idea as to the source, but since the table appears not to have a glass top, I would doubt that is it.

Loren - in Beautiful Baguio City

The table also appears square or rectangular in the photo, not round.

Do you have a protective lens on? As others noted, this ring seems to be associated with the table... it is not something in the camera.

The table is rectangular but the ring is oval????

t seems to be in relationship to the table and not in the same position of the camera's picture. I believe it's an object or reflection from the environment not a issue with your camera.
Nice shots of the kids.
