Glad you got that out of the way. Is putting something up your nose just as disgusting? I have only heard of them using the nose. Harold said it was not bad at all.

Here they've been swabbing throats as well which will make me gag I know. Up the nose they just scratch your brain so shouldn't worry me too much. xx

Hello my Sisters, just dropping in to say "Hi", I was going to do some catch-up, but my eyes aren't up to that atm, so will possibly do that tomorrow, because I will be heading to bed very soon, even though I feel like I have been sleeping for most of the day; and despite that I still feel quite exhausted; so I am hoping that I can still get some sleep for the remainder of the night!

It depends on the variety. Some jalapeños can be torturously hot. I mixed serranos, jalepenos, red, green bell peppers, onion, and shredded carrots together. I made the brine with apple cider vinegar. I added more garlic and added a couple of whole peppercorns and one whole Clove in the separate jars. It seems hot while it’s cooking (don’t directly inhale the fumes), but it mellows over time. I made 4 half pints and now off to get more to use up the leftover brine. Sausage sandwiches for dinner with the candied peppers! I think it will be good in Chinese sweet and sour type dishes and condiment on sandwiches, meatloaf, and even filled pastry appetizers.

It's raining here finally! We are suppose to get some super low temps in the weeks to come, some close to freezing overnight.
But we definitely needed some rain.
Fall has come in with a bang.
I've got an appt for tomorrow evening to get tested, guess I'm getting my brain probed after all. I had hoped to avoid it. Dr has changed my regular appt for a zoom internet appt which is fine by me.
Resting now, just gonna lay here and listen to the rain 😴😴😴
But we definitely needed some rain.

The test I had two weeks ago before my colonoscopy wasn't too bad. Just swabbed the inside of each nostril with a long swabber. Didn't go anywhere near my brain. Not invasive at all.

To get good ocecream here I’d have to go into the store so o do drive thru and get the soft serve. Tonight it feels better. Yesterday it felt like I had the mumps.
