You proceeded to belittle and make disparaging comments. At that point I showed you were wrong, the witness did say, under oath, the officers announce. Once proven wrong, you continued to try to deflect the conversation, make disparaging remarks and call me names. I moved into your gutter and proceeded to give back what you tried to give. Now you are trying to make explanations and excuses for your behavior. Accept the fact you have had your ass handed back to you. Not true. I told him I could not find the information he had posted on line and asked him to "p!ease" provide a link. Very respectful. His immediate response was, "I found it and many other stories about it with one query in Google. You should try looking something up before embarrassing yourself.... you appear to be lazy and or unfamiliar with the simplest of web tools." He is the one that started the nastiness, not me. It's a "no knock" warrant. They don't hang around and wait for you to wake up, & get dressed.
IF they announce themselves, "POLICE!!!" BOOM and they're on you. Less than 2 seconds.
ONE Black witness said she heard them announce themselves.
ONE Black witness said she only heard the noise- BOOM!! penetration and the BOOMs of the gunfire. .
Pick and choose. Reinterpret the questions, the answers, the responses.

There is no pick and choose. One person heard, one did not. All that proves is the one person did not hear the announcement. The grand jury heard the facts of the case and made their decision based on Kentucky law. End of story. Unless you believe there is a big conspiracy between the state's attorney, the grand jury and the witness.
