Breonna Taylor was NOT shot while sleeping in her bed, she was awake, in her hallway. She was NOT an EMT at the time of her death; she was forced to quit YEARS ago, because a dead body was found in a car rented under her name; the victim was an "associate" of her drug dealing boyfriend. Even though a "no-knock" warrant WAS issued, the officers DID knock. Her neighbors testified under oath, that the police announced themselves BEFORE trying to enter her apartment. Her boyfriend shot a cop, BEFORE police fired their first round. She was STILL aiding and abetting her previous boyfriend's drug dealing operation; she and her car were surveilled delivering drugs to his "trap house" on numerous occasions. She was STILL stashing his drug money at her house. Her address was on record as being his current address on bank records. Her ex-boyfriend blamed her at-the-time boyfriend for her death, NOT the police.
For the uneducated and willfully ignorant: It was NOT the DA who determined the police officers should not be indicted, it was a GRAND JURY, the most impartial of all arbiters. Her address and vehicle WERE on the warrant. The Left and media HAVE been lying to you! It's unfortunate that she was shot and died, but the police did NOTHING wrong. If people want to B*M(Burn, L**t, Murder) over the grand jury's decision, apply the law to THEM. Breonna was involved with, and profiting from drug trafficking. Blame her, her boyfriend or her ex-boyfriend for her death, NOT the police.

According to the actual police as/when it happened, the couple were sleeping. NO cops in uniform, no badges in sight, no nametags, so as to not be identified in public later. "No-knock" means no-knock! BOOM! They're in. She was sleeping, he awoke first. He reached down beside the bed, pulled the weapon, and fired. The police opened fire. She died, he was wounded. The whereabouts of half the bullets fired were not known at that time.

Yeah, umm, no. The Grand Jury is appointed by the PTBs to decide if this is a winnable case.

A) $12 million is cheaper than what Louisville would have suffered after the r**ts and l**ters
B) Money talks. I'll tell them YOU did it for only half that.

According to a black witness the officers did announce prior to going in. with the exception of the one officer, based on Kentucky law the officers did everything right. Learn the law before you spout off gibberish.

How many time have the right wing attempted to cast doubt on a statement by saying "cite the data source"? It gets tedious and this was such a simple task that the request was intentioned to make me prove my statement.

What I said was she recanted her testimony and gave two possible reasons for her to recant. And I think you are dissembling about innocence. The telltale is your post "responded in typical left wacko fashion."

This reminds me of an old tv commercial in which the tag line was "it's so easy even a caveman can do it".

You are the one who first stated the witness recanted their testimony when in fact the witness stated under oath that the officers announced themselves prior to entering the residence. You are now trying to turn the conversation around but the fact remains, you are the liar. You are the one that started with the name calling and disparaging comments first.
