When I saw the flash of red, that's what I assumed. Cardinals are numerous here. But, it was bigger, sounded different and didn't have the head crest.

I downloaded all of them and they look nice and sharp to me, kathy...the hummies are a little dark but clear. The red bird looks like a tanager to me...such a beauty. The flower shots are very nice.
