Retired CPO Loc: Travel full time in an RV

Thanks for the post, jederick. Brings back good memories. Last time I was there was probably 15 years ago, but been there several times. The San Raphael River is one of my favorite "unknown" rivers. Beautiful photos.

From the Wedge Overlook, Utah. Not difficult to get to but you have to travel 22 miles of good, oiled dirt road to get there. Some "washboard" stretches but nothing rugged requiring 4x4 vehicles. From where these photos were taken, you are looking down 1000 feet to the San Rafael River.

Beautiful images jederick

Amazing captures of Little Grand Canyon's scenic beauty. The bristlecone pine adds a dramatic touch.
Utah is a photographer's paradise. Nice of you to share this set, Jim.

Well thank you for stopping by and refreshing some favorite memories, Jack. This is one of my favorite "local" (3 hour drive) areas to spend time and catch some pixels...lots to see and a relaxing vista. Covid kinda delayed our trip this year as I prefer to get there earlier in the spring and again late fall. This fall, if all is well, we will spend a night in the area and catch morning and evening views. We will also spend time down in Fuller Draw and get some photos of the San Raphael there. Stay healthy and safe!!

Thanks Bill...yes, ordered a 16x20 metal print of the last landscape photo. Already have too many large prints of this area but, what the hell I'm 78!!
