there's a Nikon remote cable less remote that works with all that series Nikon ml3 that's inexpensive and I found worked fine with my D3200

It works on the 3200 and 3300, and I think the 3400, but not the 3500. The manual does not list one. It only list snapbridge.

Not good for those who don’t use Snapbridge. The $20 IR remote works great for all of my Nikons including my D3400.

Yup......that particular camera with only work with snapbridge. A big drawback.
