Funny, I had a similar problem a couple days ago but I don't have a Wacom tablet. I would move the wireless mouse from A to B and programs would open, right click menus would appear and a host of other weirdness was happening. If I didn't move the mouse all was fine but useless to operate the computer. Looking for the simplest fix, I turned the mouse off and back on and "voila" everything worked just fine. No idea what caused it but glad it's fixed.
Are we our own worst enemy? Or just that "stuff happens?"
Not directly related, but I have found a weird thing that happens with my LG android tablet. I can charge it at home or in the car and use it at the same time with no problem. But, for some reason, if I plug the AC adapter into the outlet on an airplane and then try to use it at the same time, the touchscreen freaks out. It jumps all over the place, clicks on places different from where I am touching it, randomly double or triple clicks. I can charge it, or use it, but not both at the same time.

I haven't checked further, hit it could be the sensitivity changed on the tablet or it could be a driver fight with the updates.
My problem was the keyboard would not accept any input. Tried everything I could think of and then a dialog box came up on the screen saying something like "Do you really want to do this?". Looked at the keyboard again and my headphones were laying on the "CTL" key. Moved the headphones and everything worked fine again. Lesson is look all around your keypad>
Totally unrelated to photography, but I ran into a similar situation with my passenger side seatbelt (2017 BMW 330x). I had it in the shop for routine service and mentioned to the tech that there might be something wrong with the seat sensor, because it was intermittently alarming when the seat was empty. First words out of his mouth were "was your cell phone on the seat?", which, of course, it was. Seems the RF from the cell phone interferes with the seat sensor and the car thinks someone is sitting in it. Same thing happened with my 2019 VW Alltrack.

One possible reason could be noise. The aircraft elec system is 400Hz depending on the charger design, it might be creating more noise on the output to the device.

No problem just strap in your cell-phone. ;)
Interesting. Thanks for sharing!
Strange. My iPad works fine when plugged into aircraft power. Some odd setting maybe?
