I have purchased over $18,000 worth of Sony camera equipment over the last 5 years and never had a problem with the sales people there. The only problems I have been having is learning how to use this equipment. It is sure different than my 77M2 I used to have and the cheap lenses l purchased for this camera. What a difference a camera lens make when you put it on a full frame and use it on a three quarter frame. Had to purchase the lady a Sony RX10M4. She did not like the Sony a99ii I was using. She would shot in Auto mode all the time and took photos of animals while I did everything else including Railroad Photography for the a major Railroad.
