If you could ban all the guns in the US and you could also make a******n illegal everywhere in the U.S., based on current statistics which would save the most lives? I think you know the answer. Just makes sense to me to spend your money first where you get the biggest bang for your buck and that puts guns way down the list. Why don't we see as much rhetoric about a******n, drugs, knife k*****gs, auto fatalities, etc. as we do about guns? Fact is all those things mentioned individually all take way more lives than guns. But you keep right on trying to avoid the facts and spewing garbage that guns are the problem and sweeping actual statistics under the carpet to try and prove your point as you have been brainwashed to do. If you disagree with anything I said please, prove I'm wrong with facts not with verbal flatulence.

You don't see it because a fetus is not a person. Legally, morally or any other standard that makes sense.

Women and children, yes. Which is why I think the rising maternal mortality rate in the US should be of concern. But that is a social issue, and Republicans h**e social issues. They don't want to address the need for pre-natal care. They just want you to have a baby, and if you survive then good for you.

Not fetuses, unborn children. And those unborn children can be k**led at delivery. When animals get more protection, people get more upset over puppies and kittens, you can’t find a vet to abort an unplanned breeding, all that points to how depraved our society has become.

As for prenatal care and other issues the democrats have failed us as well. Neither party puts us first. They’re entrenched in corruption

I see. So you're okay with k*****g children after they're born, but not before.
Your post makes no sense. It's like saying, we can't cure cancer so we won't treat anyone that has the flue.

What we need are common sense a******n background checks and laws.

Think how lucky you are your mother didn't think like you in your first sentence here?

Fetuses being children is your opinion and not supported by science.

I am lucky that my mother didn't want an a******n that she couldn't get.

If she had wanted an a******n and could get it, I wouldn't be here.

If she had wanted an a******n and couldn't get one, then I would have been an unwanted child.

If she had died giving birth, then I would have (a) been a motherless child, or (b) also been dead.

As it was, I was wanted, and treated with love and respect.

What is important is that the babies that are born are loved and treated well so they can fully develop their potential. And that the mothers are assured of the support they need to do so.

The focus on a******n is deflecting from where the focus should be; proper pre- and post-natal care.

Don't like burglary... don't burgle anyone.

Don't like murder... don't murder anyone.

We don't need laws against those acts...

Why should we even offer pre-natal care...you're caring for a non-person...

Because if you don't, you could wind up with an Eraserhead.

So you’re saying the unborn child should be cared for just in case.

I'm saying that if you want to have a baby, you should be getting proper care for the fetus.

Perhaps you disagree? Perhaps you think the care is irrelevant?

A fetus is a living thing that given the chance someday will become a person. I don't recall hearing of any guns doing that?

That is correct but it doesn't make it a person, or baby, anymore than a watermelon seed is a watermelon.
