Great shots. I especially like the F-22 and the Stearman.

Nice collection. Did the RED ARROWS fly in the end, of have we yet to see these?
Thank you John! As I feared, the lack of practice flights on Friday left me unsure of how capture the Red Arrows. I left the 2x extender on the 500L and have some images of individual planes. I used a short lens on a film camera for the all-plane formations. I won't have a chance to send-in the film for processing until later this morning after finishing the roll yesterday. Stay tuned.
Thank you Foathog, John, Bluefish! The announcer for the show, Herb Hunter, is a retired KC 135 pilot. During the Chicago show, he related his experiences during the Gulf War flying 135s and how this model has a boom that is aircraft specific and has to be mounted for the intended aircraft before departure. Seems he was flying around several times in the gulf with a plane full of fuel for the wrong types of planes on that night's missions.
Thank you Jack, tcthome, nimbushopper, alberio, Doc, Blaster, Vicki, Earnest, Greg, Jeff, Dennis, Kurt, Bob, Vince, flathead27ford! I'll probably have a few more from this year's event when the film comes back from processing and scanning. I also re-calibrated my monitor after thinking some of these edits are a bit off in the colors and especially the brightness. Thank you for your kind comments.
