Keep dreaming! ‘“If” the plate was blocked by the back foot, what is the excuse to veer to a path away from the plate and commit a pile driving helmet to head tackle? That is the reason for the suspension and why it will stand. It was not an accident. It was a deliberate attempt to injure the catcher.
