Frank don’t be an ass. Of course you know about it. But others didn’t know. It is just good manners to let others in the thread know.
Don’t dismiss my not knowing the frequency of its use. You don’t know either. But the one thing you did not respond to is my fact that it has nothing to do with what we are discussing, releasing mental health records to prevent firearm sales to a dangerous mental health patient. You still lose.
