One good news is the law confiscation of houses and cars by the the cities like Philadelphia (the worst) has been changed. Man had a Range Rover he bought and someone in his house was selling drugs.

What are those cities?? Where did you gain this information?
In reviewing a bank statement this morning, I discovered a charge of $11.01. I called the bank and was told that I had used a debit card to pay a property bill that morning. The town.. 'charges a fee of the aforementioned amount to process the payment. It was labeled - 'eGov Service Fee.'
