I have Amazon Prime but didn't realize you could do this. How do you use it?

Look for Amazon Photos as part of your prime membership. They have apps for Android, Windows and Mac.

I also have Win 10. I suspect you have hit the free size limit on Dropbox. After using the free version of Dropbox, I got a new PC that came with 20GB of Dropbox for a year. I evaluated the alternatives and signed up for a 1 TB Dropbox account, even though it was more expensive than most of the alternatives. I recently upgraded to 2 TB. I am very happy with Dropbox, as it is easy to share photos and is my cloud back up.

Dropbox has worked for me for several years. The one problem I had, I googled, and fixed immediately. I suggest you do the same.
