I read the article long before it was posted here. Per the article "President Donald Trump signed the Forever GI Bill in 2017..."

Let's see... He signed the bill. He's had 22 months to make sure HIS VA (remember, the Donald took an oath of office 20 JAN 2017) took the steps to implement it and other long standing VA provisions.

Full Democratic control of congress was the first 2 years of the Obama administration. The Republicans took it over in 2011. That leaves 6 years of Republican control under Obama, or does 1st grade math elude you still? 8 years minus 2 years = 6 years.

The bill in 2017, passed by a Republican Congress, lacked funding. 2017 to now falls 100% under Trump and the Republicans, or is your attention span too short to remember?
