They are both quit appealing. However I do like the color better. She is beautiful and is wearing colors that flatter her.
I too am too shy to ask someone I don’t know if I could take their photo. And will probably always be so. 70 now and probably won’t change my ways. But maybe you have inspired me.
I think the color one works best. B&W is nice but color really nails it.
I find the white roses in the B&W to be distracting--their brightness attracts the eye away from the person. Perhaps they could be toned down a bit? I think the B&W would be the more striking then.
I really like the color photo. In b/w I miss the beauty of her hands in particular.
