Mt. St. Helens to the south off I-5. Amazing place. Also, Hwy 2 to Leavenworth. Very interesting place.

Lots of great places already mentioned, including Olympic NP and the Hoh on the western side, Pike Place and Orcas Island. If you like airplanes, the Museum of Flight is great. Port Townsend is a nice place to wander around in. On your way to the Hoh, stop by Lake Crescent and wander around for some nice photo ops.
