I just saw an open box model on the e-bay site for Samy's camera. I'm looking at an a99ii. Seems to be a good price at $2500 (about the same at B&H used). I just checked Sony's website and they're listed as an official retailer. Does that actually mean that the cameras are not gray-market and safe?

I haven't used them for a camera, but have gone to the physical store in Costa Mesa when I have not been able to get something at my local camera store.
