Which camera do you use? How long have you owned it?
Favorite film?

Thanks!

I prefer 6x7 and 6x9 slides, but cannot bear to part with these old friends and try to run 2 or 3 rolls of Velvia-50 a year through each one.
I have a 150' roll of Technical Pan in the freezer that I’ll be using soon, so these will all get more use in the coming months.

Exakta VX. New 1958.

Leicaflex SL. New 1969.

Leicaflex SL2. New 1974.

Nikon F4E - Bought these from a photojournalist friend in 2000,
Nikon F4S - they had been well-used in the Middle East and Africa.

Nikon F3 - Bought these new in 2001, figured I’d use them when the F4s wore out,
Nikon F5 - but that may never happen so I use them occasionally now.

Voigtländer Bessa L -
Voigtländer Bessa R - New about 15 years ago.
Zeiss Ikon SW -

Nikon F. Bought a used lens last March, and this was included in the package. It’s in excellent condition.

Never used them myself, but I have a friend who thinks Fijinon lenses are at least as sharp as Zeiss Hasselblad lenses. I bounce between a Mamiya RB 67, Graflex-XL, Crown Graphic with 6x9 back and Koni-Omega Rapid 100.

I use the Canon EOS1v Hs, I have owned it for many years (also shoot an old Petri), but I also shoot with a Pentax 645 nII, as well as 6x6,6x7 and 6x8)! I think my favorite is Fuji Velvia ( I really do enjoy watching slides (especially Medium Format) projected on a big screen!!!!

I have a Nikon FE, FA, F90x, and an N90s. The last two are the same body. The F90x is the European version. For film I use Ilford PanF plus, FP4 plus, HP5 plus, XP2 super, and Kodak Tri-x. I usually have all but the XP2 in a camera. I use the FE and FA mostly due to their size.

I've still got my old Kodak 35 that my grandfather gave me in 1957 and a Nikon F2 Photomic that I got in 1972. I rarely use either but keep them for sentimental value. Both work and IF I shoot them I use Kodak Tri-x.

My darkroom is packed up in the hallway since I don't have a place to set it up, so I have not shot film in years. But if I ever get the darkroom back up, I will surely get it going again. In 35mm I have a Minolta SRT 101, Konica Auto S2, Nikon 8008s and Nikon FE2. In 2 1/4 I have a YashicaMat and used to have a Mamiya RB67 which I had to sell to finish school back in the 80's.

Canon FT 75% of the time. This is the precursor to the FTb.

Nikon F-5 and F-100, both work perfectly and have for many years. I also have a Minolta 7000 Maxxum that I bought when they first came out, it still works fine, and a Minolta alpha 7. I prefer Fujichrome 50 Velvia. Would rather have Kodachrome, but we all know that sad story.

Pentax ME Super (3 of them). My first one I bought in 1982. I mostly used Kodak film as ease of getting it developed. I usually carried one with B&W film and one for color. The color film I usually used was an ISO 25 or ISO 100.

Used my Canon F-1 since 1975, with Panatomic X. But I sold all my film gear, so I no longer shoot film.

We will never have our kodachrome back or anything lie it either, again. Only shows what progress we have made in the photographic world. In w lot of ways we have gone backwards. Just look at the comeback film is stating t make.
