Along with whatever seminars or videos you select, a good reference book is a great help. I recommend these:

Try Athony Morganti.com. He is on u tube and it's free.

I did the Anthony Morganti videos on Youtube and they helped a lot. Start with his Lightroom 5 series as they are more complete than the Lightroom 6 series. He also has a series of Lightroom Quick tips (3 to 6 minutes) that are good once you get into Lightroom a bit.

Thank you, Shellback. All suggestions from everyone have given me a lot of homework. This one looks great. BTW, I was a HM1 (upon discharge) Navy corpsman '67-'72 but never got in country. Thanks for your long service

Thanks for your service
You had a tough job - we relied on our corpsman over our flight surgeons for many issues, and you know how flight crew can be whiners

He's excellent. I also bought the book, "The Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC" by Scott Kelby.

There are millions of online tutorials, many of which are put out by Adobe contractors. They are very good. I was fortunate enough to find a very affordable series of six 3 hour classes at our local Learning Exchange. I don't know if you have anything like that in KY but it's worth searching for.

Checkout Tim Grey tutorials on LR on YouTube. I found those to be very good. Also, Julianne K is great! And the best think is they are free!
