Nice shots, Corkie. I've never seen Egrets this color. I'm sure we only have variations of white ones over here. :-D :-D

Thanks very much Bob and really appreciate you looking, and did I ever miss one doing it's dance--wings were out feet partially up head in position with bill somewhat opened , but focus was terrible. Sure hated to X that one out! Oh well, hope there will be a next time! Thanks again and take care!

Thanks so much for kind words, smiley face and thumbs up Angela, and I really like that one also. Think that I went back three times to make slight changes on it today before posting, trying to get enough light for the eye without blowing out some of the head coloring! I think the first three were taken on the way down the coast and the last three taken on the return a few days later. I used the SX 50 yesterday to take a shot of the one hibiscus bloom on the plant, but had it on auto. I need to go online and read needed sections of the instruction book. Had been so long since I'd had even used the Nikon that I had to stop and think about using some of it's controls! Take care!

Thanks very much, Earl and they can be fun to watch as they sometimes run around with partially open wings chasing their prey. Thanks again and take care!

Thank you so very much for the kind words, Carol, and really glad that you enjoyed. I agree about their beauty and they are really fun to watch. Changing subjects, my little butterfly only lasted about four days , but was very beautiful! Always great to hear from you and take care!
