Something special for yourself...a new pair of shoes, a great manicure, that special chocolate you always avoid all the rest of the time, a night at the movies in a real theater, and remember that being selfish sometimes is not a bad thing. I used to have days every now and then when my children were small that I finally felt I deserved a bit of something. I called it having a case of 'me-itis'. Whatever you do, make sure you're happy for a while.

Depends weather you want to show for the $50 or just enjoy it for the now.
For the now a bottle of wine or chocolates or flowers or dinner etc...
For the long run maybe some jewelry or some thing to remind you of this time in your life.

Stop by a coin dealer and purchase an American Silver Eagle and a 90 percent silver quarter. You've now spent your $50 worth of nearly worthless greenbacks on $1.25 worth REAL money. Put the coins away in a drawer and a year from now return them to the dealer...sell them if you want...Thank the Mudshark later......
