Puck the Feds

It is interesting that they have set up a first amendment area which the people are supposed to heard themselves into...

Where the hell were the first amendment areas during Occupy Wall Street as radical leftist bed wetters took over entire portions of downtowns and areas of commerce while mayors and directed law enforcement to back off even though the result was the destruction of small businesses and innocent families sources of livelihood were threatened....

This is all about federal bureaucracy establishing wilderness areas which were first suggested by the IPCC. As I understand this is not even federal land, and secondly that same damn turtle was moved for Google's Solar power installation, guess if the freaking progressives like you, you can pretty much do just about anything, if you represent traditional America the freakin government will come after you with guns and snipers.

While supposedly trying to save some turtles, the Feds are killing others ... all because of a lack of money; the recent housing crisis cut back on land development, and fees paid by developers were diminished.

Harry Reid might be in collusion with Chinese in Nevada landgrap to build solar panels:

http://www.infowars.com/breaking-sen-harry-reid-behind-blm-land-grab-of-bundy-ranch/

Who knows what to believe? Just read the articles and form your own conclusions. Of course, some will dismiss it because it's on the infowars site, but that doesn't automatically make it untrue.

Here are a few paragraphs from the linked article:

begin quote ... "Back in 2012, the New American reported that Harry Reid’s son, Rory Reid, was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5-billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nevada.

And journalist Marcus Stern with Reuters also reported that Sen. Reid was heavily involved in the deal as well.

“[Reid] and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert,” he wrote. “Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada.”

“His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.”

Although these reports are in plain view, the mainstream media has so far ignored this link." ... end quote

The liberal media will never touch it. Fox News would be the only one to touch on the subject.

Alas, Blurry, Nevada relinquished control of 87% of the territory's land area in 1864 when we were admitted as a state. Similar provisions apply to most western states. Some states are battling to regain control of the land within their borders, but it is a long, difficult row to hoe.

Cliven Bundy's legal use of the land and his claim to grazing rights thereof are somewhat hazy, at best, but his family has certainly been responsible for vast improvements to the availability of the land's meager water supply. Bundy's efforts have, indeed, improved the quality of life, not only for his livestock, but for all affected wildlife. 52 other ranching families have been bullied off their ranches, leaving Cliven as the last man standing. We are hoping our Governor and County Sheriff will come to his aid, as BLM agents are rounding up his livestock and killing many of them in the process.

It is time for people to start pushing back against this government, I think that it is interesting that militia groups are showing up.... I don't want to see anyone get hurt unless Harry Reid shows up... Those BLM officers are doing their jobs, they are doing the bidding of those above them so I honestly don't want to see anyone hurt, but at the same time it is time for people to stand up and fight if necessary to take this government back. I still blame the 17th amendment, were it not for that progressive piece of legislation there is no way in heck that Reid would be your Senator and you would have someone in his stead fighting for the rights of your state instead of federal government largess.

Blurryeyed you just used you 1st Amendment rights.

The occupy folks used theirs.

You really are dumb when it comes to understanding the US Constitution.

I would urge you to read the US Constitution. It is a small document.

Are you sure it is not federal land or just believe it not to be?

Big difference. How about a citation.

There is no right to revolt in the Constitution and no right as you assume there is to shoot anyone!

But, you go ahead and man the barricades and take on the US Army. I will be there to attend your funeral!

WTF are you talking about Sarg? I will give you that in the early reporting that I saw the rancher was suggesting that the federal government had no reason to collect grassing fees that the land belonged to the state and the county which is not correct, additional reporting has made it clear that the land belongs to the federal government, what the farmer was expressing was his sentiment regarding long established land practices and the unfairness of the federal government owning some 84% of the land of Nevada.

As far as free speech goes Sarg!!!!!! The ranchers are being cordoned off in to so called fenced in free speech zones.... We only see those when the powers that be want to shut down free speech, during occupy the left stood up and fought for the rights of the protesters to not be interfered with as they had the right to protest any where and every where as it is a first amendment right... Funny how when the protest is centered on government abuse and largess somehow these same rights don't seem to apply. SEIU can protest anywhere at any time.... These ranchers, not so much.

I am sure that I know more about our constitution than you do Sarg.... even though it is a small document I am sure that you never understood it for a moment and I am quite sure that you probably never thought of reading the federalist papers or any other of the writings of the framers at or near the time of adoption....

I am getting a laugh out of you calling me dumb.... now clean your keyboard that dribble leaves a nasty mess when it dries up.

the appropriate section of the constitution referring to how much land the federal government is allowed to own

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Building

but they don't pay attention to the rest so why should pay attention to this part, And we the citizens have allowed this to happen

So what is circulating about Harry Reid is probably true and this has nothing to do with turtles.
