To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public.

To borrow my own Senator Harry Reid's modus operandi, I've heard the BLM plans to "visit" Cliven Bundy and his family members after an appropriate cooling-off period. Harry apparently has been brokering a deal with China to establish a solar power facility on the land the Bundy family has been using for over 100 years. "The word is" Harry's son, Rory Reid, as an attorney, has some involvement in this.
So, clearly, Bundy, following in the footsteps of over 50 other area ranchers, must be eradicated. Bundy is, after all, the last man standing in this decades long battle.
As radical right-wing-nuts, we should keep a close eye on this pervasive situation, as the radical left-wing-nuts will doubtless snooze through it. It's true, the "gubmint" has the law on their side, after all, they MADE the law. The Constitution has truly been gradually perverted to diminish state's rights and promote a larger, more powerful, federal presence.

Based on what I am reading the deal with china fell through but Harry and his son are still pursuing other avenues to build the solar facility and do want Bundys land,, They have bought out all the other ranchers in the area and tried to buy out Bundy but he refused, so now they are trying to *legally* steal his land

I could be mistaken, chiya, but I don't think Harry or his son, Rory, have actually purchased any of this "BLM" land. But before Harry goes belly-up he must provide for Rory, who hasn't been too successful in politics so far. The best he's been able to do is get on our County Commission, failing to break into state politics.
Most of Reid's land holdings are farther south. He was wondering up and down our street yesterday and today mumbling something about the BLM no being finished with Bundy yet. So, we'll see...
