Two days ago on a sunny but windy day I took these 3 Seagull photos over the Coeur d' Alene Lake beach area which ranged from 350' to 650'. I am still practicing with this new Tamron lens for BIF photos. I'll get better as time goes on.
All photos were shot at 600mm.

Canon 6D - Tamron 150-600mm @ 600mm - 1/1600 sec. - f/14 - ISO @ 1000 - Distance was 350'-400'.

EXCELLENT Regis. They almost look 3-D. I've got to get this lense. Thought that I would wait until they get the bugs out but...............it looks like no bugs.

Thank you, Jim, I always appreciate your professional comments. You must have a lot of Seagulls, Pelicans, etc. by England's beach areas?

Thank you, raferrelljr, for your kind words. I guess the darker backgrounds of the top 2 photos give a 3d look to the lighter-colored Seagulls. Just guessing.

Another great set - Regis, you should ask Tamron for a commission for all the UHH orders based on your work. I pre-ordered a Nikon mount and then will sell my Sigma.

Very nice series, Regis. I assume these are cropped quite a bit. Would be interesting to see the un cropped image.

That's a really great GIF set Regis...good job :thumb up: I'd be in real trouble with that lens since all mine are handheld ;-) I can't go beyond a 400mm lens...and right now all I have is a 300mm.

Thank you Elliot, for your kind reply. If Tamron wants to help me financially, well that's OK. But I am not going out of my way to contact Tamron. I tell it like it is and avoid politics with Tamron or any other camera or lens company.
