Just like everyone else here don't go shopping and waste your time use KEH. They are honest and trustworthy. They have a return system that they honor, no questions.
I hope they find something to help you with your rheumatoid arthritis. I have a friend across the street who has it. My heart goes out to you.
In the meantime there is nothing wrong with the camera that you have. Shot and post, ask questions and than stand back for the answers. When you are looking for what you did wrong post in the Photo Analysis forum. When you compliments etc post in the General Photo forum.
One more thing if you have a question look in 'search' it's in the first line at the top of the page in blue. That is better than Google.
