In Michigan 6% is added since my subscription changed from Amazon to Adobe directly. Amazon stopped handling subscription to Lightroom and PS CC.
Took Celebrity Millenium in 2016 from Vancouver. Ended at Seward Alaska. Then land trip to Denali. Had Canon 7Dmkii and a short zoom and a 100-400L is2. You need both. Great pictures in Denali especially a bear from a long way away. If I did it again I would reverse the trip with Denali first then come back down to Vancouver. I think Celebrity does it that way. Hubbard glacier was amazing. We were no further than 1/2 mile and maybe a little closer. Stopped at Ketchikan, Juneau, icy straits, and Skagway. Had great whale watching tour and crab in Juneau.

It is an hour and a half drive but Norman Camera in Grand Rapids Michigan is a full service store with lots of inventory, knowledge staff, classes and rental gear especially lenses. They also have a store in Kalamazoo. When asked they will match B&H pricing. You have to pay sales tax but I find that's worth it. I just wish it were closer.

If you are interested in the 40 degree adapter, look at KEH Camera in Georgia. Smyrna i think. They had the adapter not too long ago
