Look near Phoenix AZ. Old planes are kept there because of the dry climate.

I live in Rochester. Only a short distance from the Glen. It is located in the heart of NEW YORK wine country. Many winery tasting rooms/retail shops/casual dining in the area. Auto racing takes place there, but not being a fan I can't tell you much. The area is rolling green hills with good roads that surround the lake. I still shoot film. Fuji when I can get it because of the way it handles greens. A 28 - 210 zoom, (F2.8) would be my single lens. If you want mor reach use 2X xtender. Enjoy the Finger Lakes

I'm an older man who is not into digital camers, etal. Therefore would some person out there define IQ as it relates to photography. I collect old film cameras, 35mmRF,SLR,P&S, but no where do I see IQ used with film.

Please use out of date 35mm color film to experiment with. Those of you new or returning to film find plenty of stock on ebay or Amazon, fresh or out of date. Get quality processing is another story. I have used film that's out of date with no worry.

Try EBay or Amazon. If your local drugstore develops film they also sell film.

One of my favorite cameras is the CanonT90. I use a 50mm Canon as my prime lens. This camera is no light weight. I do have a zoom lens which is a 35 to 70. It's plastic and it says CANON on it. I keep it on the T70, which is much lighter. I also have a 70 - 210 zoom which is sharp as a tack

I'm an 81 yr old who is close to surviving the worst winter ever. The first snow flake that hit the ground last Nov is still with us. I started taking pics with an Ansco 120 roll film. I guess I was about 13.This camera later came out as aflash model and 616 roll film. Back in the day Kodak and Ansco used different number systems for the same size film. So years ago I had gone up in the world and was a 2x2 user. From that a used Contax 35mm RF. also have the first Minolta AF7000, plus, would you believe, 30 other cameras. Somewhere along the way I became a collector. I have Kodak, Yashica, Olympus, RF, high end P/S, SLR, and yes I have a few digital cameras. All that I own is vintage and in working order. I buy film on line and have it developed/printed here in town. Batteries are no problem because I try to avoid anything that requires a battery to work. For exposure the SUNNY 16 RULE still works.

There was at one time in the far distant past when every box or can of Kodak film contained exposure guide on one side and a flash guide on the other. Other film makers followed Kodak. Then to save $$$$ the exp guide was moved to the end flaps of the film box. Or pressure from camera producers, who placed the flap-holder on the back of cameras were behind it. But now with auto everything you can look into a small window and read the cassette data directly. Aint progress wunnerful?????

I also have a few Canon models (T70,T90) and the FD or FL lens mounts to the B&H (B+H). All i have to do is film test it using sunny 16. But western New York is cold this time of the year.

The name on the front of the camera over the lens shows Bell & Howell. Not Bell + Howell.

I have used Butkus many times since I started collecting vintage cameras. I go for two things when I buy or bid. 1 does it interest me and 2 does it work, or be made to work. My wife doesn't share much of my hobby. I picked up a P/S with an auto flash, half-power fill flash, plus a pretty long zoom. She loves it and after 2 years has figured out how to load the film. Thanks again for your feed-back.
