Wonderful photos, Suzy! There are some very creative folk over there! Love the lady with the team of horses! You can't go wrong with dogs or kids...but add devotion and ice cream...you've got a definite winner!
Very nice! Is there anything you don't do? Where do you find the time! Great pieces, Erv!

Canon SX50 burst mode, except for the puppy, which was auto with flash. Most have some pp and crop. Am open to suggestions for improvement. Thanks!
Decided to take a break from life and check in with Hedgehog, been awhile, and what did I see? A beautiful eagle from Linda from MAINE! I like the effect. I almost got dizzy...thought I was up there with Him!
Very interesting. It is so hard to explain to unbelievers how great our God is.

Gorgeous Dixiegirl! I love the beach! Really love the "Dos" on the birds. I could live in that beach house. Take me away!
Nice! Paying attention to detail, not many builders do that now... We notice and document even though these details last for hundreds of years. They just tore down the new, modern Post Office that was built when I was a child, 1957. Obviously, it was not built to last, structurally or esthetically. The one built at the turn of the century (1900) is still standing and houses the Health Dept. Attention to detail...thanks for sharing.
I'm finding this link and comments very informative. The fog is lifting. I shoot and PP in Raw, because that is the best and keeps the quality up, so says most profession photographers. Now I understand why. Thanks for the info and sharing.

Photos by Paula has graciously volunteered their WPC 1336 - Sandwich Bag Filter entry for critique and analysis to find out what they could have done to make it better. Be nice, but be honest as this will help everyone with their craft. Thank you

http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/photo_contest_ratings.jsp?pcnum=79 This was one of my favorite contest entries! I voted for it! I thought it creative and the light from the side added a certain drama. It seemed very fitting with the 40's. look of the face. I can see what the previous 2 comments meant by a little more chin but feel the focus is higher and trying to discover her secrets. The Baggie eludes to a shroud, an attempt to hide the mission and self by becoming invisible. As with the movies of that era, it adds an an aura of mystique and kept you on the edge of your seat, awaiting the next episode or scene. Well done Paula, loved it! I almost wrote a short story!
Lots of great ideas and info! I use the cards at Michaels, photo mount tape, and use a clear printed large return address label on the back with company info. I buy different colors and mix them up with contrasting colors. I usually hand sign cards to give them that , " signed by the artist" look! We do many cards still in this area, sympathy, thinking of you... They sell well at the Farmers Market, our Art Guild and festivals. I do have some regular customers that I usually give new releases to for gifts. Good luck on your venture!

These two have been with this herd about 4 years now. The one in the front joined the herd, while the buck in the back was born into the herd.
All racked up and raring to go! Great shots!
