I would like to make notecards using some of my photos. Any suggestions on a site to use in ordering them from. Or any other ideas on the best way to do this?

For small quantities you could try
http://www.vistaprint.com/Or a lot of your local Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, etc can also do them. For larger quantities with better price breaks you would want to search for professional, large scale printers.

possibly postcards, too. But I was thinking of making notecards with envelopes to give out personally or perhaps sell as a package.
Thanks, Ill look into it.

For larger quantities and better pricing, you may want to check your local print shops. They can be more expensive for small quantities, but when getting larger quantities they can become quite economical.

So glad you posted this, I have wanted to do the same as Christmas gifts for a few dear friends.
I make my own, however, you might check Red River paper for the cards, and print your own.
ps. you can also find blank note cards at hobby st ores. i.e. Michaels, etc.
Lightroom has a template in the Print Module, it does 2-up greeting cards, you can drop a photo on the card. The template works well with Avery Note Cards #8315. The attachment shows the template arrangement.
There is a company called Photographer's Edge, in Colorado that sells exactly what you are looking for.
Vista print does a good job
I have been doing this for years as gifts and to sell.
I use a card made by Strathmore, I order them from a company called JerrysArtarama, think that is correct.
www.jerrysartarama.comPhotographer's Edge is expensive but their products are very nice, I do buy the boxes to put them in with a clear top and gold elastic ribbon to put around. I attach the cards with double sided tape, run them through my printer and put my personal info on the back of the card.
Send me a PM and will give you more info. Larry
