This is what a bull elephant looks like when he doesn't want you around...

[quote=cthahn]Once he picture is taken it can not be changed. /quote]

It was taken in RAW and processed to jpeg so it was probably downsized. Yes he should have asked what spec is required. He can do that now and reprocess from RAW to the desired dimensions.

Hello.
I have done some headshots for a client & as usual I was shooting in Raw then converting to JPEG after editing, the client is now telling me it's not a high enough resolution to be printed in his company magazine.
My question is, can this be fixed in any way to give a better resolution?.
I will attach a sample image of the client.
Thanks in advance.

It can be fixed but the first question to ask the client is what resolution do they require!

Thanks. He wasn't giving any of the usual signs of aggression, he was just curious really. When the camp staff eventually shooed him away he did give a loud trumpet and a made short charge but it was short-lived. He walked away after that. I lived in East Africa for 13 years and spent lots of time in the bush and this one didn't give me cause for alarm.

This is a bull elephant exhibiting aggressive behaviour...

Had to be exhilarating!!!

It was. Seeing him, and hearing him head-butting a large tree to shake down the seed pods was fascinating.

WOW!!! Face to face with an elephant in the wild. Awesome. Your lens must have great IS. Either that or your Jason Bourne!

He had been walking around the camp for a while shaking trees for the seed pods and munching on those and then he just wandered over to see what we were doing.
