I use lightroom for most everything, elements only for editing and using actions. I also use PS for more creative stuff but Lightroom is still my main go to for most everything.

I agree get the 7100. You may not notice a huge difference at first but once you learn this camera, you will notice a huge difference in the camera handles and then a big improvement in your photos as well.

I have a full frame Nikon and the 28-300mm. I love it. Great range without changing lenses and its very sharp. Downside is its a little heavy but with a good camera strap, I can carry it all day with no problem.

So the small is big enough to do what you want to do. Which model do you have?

Does anyone use one of these? Which model and what size (small, med or large) is best?

I use it from time to time and I really like it. I think it is reasonably priced for all it does. Very easy to use and you can keep your skin texture without making everything look fake.

I thought so too. Checked with Nikon and my serial # matched the time frame for the recall. I told them I could not see any spots, had my sensor cleaned a month after getting the camera, no problem since. They said ship it back anyway. So off it went this morning😟

I have both. I prefer the 28-300. Its sharper, great bokea and its great for weddings as well as a walk around lens. (you don't have to change lenses as much) Its a little heavy but you get used to carrying it and its not so bad. I have a great shoulder strap so it is hardly noticeable carrying it all day.

Hi all: I am really paranoid about sending my D600 back to Nikon. My other camera is a D5100 and I don't want to be without my D600 for long. I do not see any spots in my test for spots photos. Should I be paranoid or just bite the bullet and send it back????

Has anyone noticed any problems since they got the camera back? I want to send mine in but hate to be without it for a 2-3 weeks.
