I took these last night in Akron. Small town celebrating the home town kid.
Just wanted to share.
" Canon has a list on there site of some of the recommended lenses for this very camera"
I can find this. Can anyone send me a link?
Thanks to everyone for the informative commits. Id like to say that there was nothing wrong with my canon 50D. Ive learned a lot using it. I just wanted an upgrade. I also give to United Way, Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army. I also shop at Goodwill so my conscious is good with this purchase.
From what Ive read I like the EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM and the EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM. I also like the flexibly of being able change focal lengths within a lens vs a prime lens. Now need to save some pennys!
Also is there a quality alternative to canon L lenses?
Again, Thank You
Chris
I am a true amateur who just likes to take pictures. I try to get different perspectives of the ordinary landscapes, people, portraits
. a little bit of everything whatever catches my eye. I consider myself a jack of all trades master of none type of guy.
I just took a major leap from canon 50D to a 5DR S. I have 4 lenses to play with. Canon E lenses 100-400mm L 4.5-5.6, 70-30mm 4.0-5.6, 28-135 3.5-5.6 and one Tamron 60mm macro 2.0 .
What am I missing for lenses to get the most out of the 5DR s?
My 3yr old grandson love spiderman so I had this printed into a 16x20 poster for his room. I think he's going to love it. I'm sending it for xmas
Thanks for the feedback. I also like #1 the best. I also gave her #2 in all B&W and all color. I agree #2 makes the guy look flat, however these are young people they need choices and lot's of them. BTW, her favorite was the two tone #2. Her day, Her choice :)
Thanks again
Although I love taking pictures, I'm not comfortable taking pictures for someones special day. I got really nervous when my girlfriends niece asked me to take her save the date pictures.
The pictures were taken after 5pm and the Sun was going down fast. I had to wait until after the Browns win last Sunday before I could get started!!

I think I should have been back further. What do you guys think? There was "stuff" in the area that I didn't want in the shot.
A gristmill (also: grist mill, corn mill or flour mill) grinds grain into flour. The term can refer to both the grinding mechanism and the building that holds it.
Is this to much? Meaning no artistic value?
Wanted to share these photos of a frog/toad. I don't know which one it is. I took the pic at Mohican State Park and State Forest in Ohio over the weekend.
I used canon 50D with 75x300mm canon lens
I did use the flash
Lighing was very poor in the room and he was moving around rather quick. I was trying to get baby action shots.
I didn't think of the diffuser. I'll remember that. Thanks
